  • WOW, my new wooden sash & case windows are absolutely stunning. Thank you so much to Danny and Mark and the Team with their incredibly skilled craftsman Joiners, for making my whole experience from beginning to end an absolute joy. Since buying my old Property in 2024, I inherited old, rotten, drafty, couldn't even open 'non original' design sash and case windows, which were probably installed in the late 1980s/90s. B&M Joiners removed the 'not fit for purpose' old ones and reinstalled with my new stunning Georgian 6/6 sash and case wooden windows. Windows in keeping with the age of property. Quite simply exquisite. The Joiners took great care of the inside of my property too and brought with them endless amounts of dust sheets. Leaving me with a very tidy clean house for my return, exactly as I had left it. A first class service was provided to me from B&M Joiners/Sash & Case Windows Direct. I'm walking on air with my beautiful and stunning new windows. A fantastic experience all round. Thank you so much. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Excellent customer service and great price too. An absolute Joy. A true Company to be proud off.

In Their Own Words

A selection of written reviews from across Edinburgh.

Sash & Case Windows Direct was recommended to me by a friend of mine that is a historic building's architect and my experience of the company has been entirely positive. I cannot thank you enough, the two young and enthusiastic craftsmen who came to do the work knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely helpful and in fact a delight to have in the house.

We recently had the pleasure of using Sash & Case Windows Direct for the installation of new windows in our Edinburgh property. From the outset, we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. The team of joiners were not only highly skilled but were also friendly and approachable, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer any queries we had, and ensured our satisfaction at every step. The windows themselves are of exceptional quality, a testament to the craftsmanship and attention to detail the company puts into their work. They have truly transformed our home.
