Step 01

Your journey starts here

Your instant estimate is based on the details you provide and gives you an initial guide to the likely cost of your new sash & case windows. This is an indicative estimate rather than a fixed price.

Your free complimentary survey

If the estimated cost is within your budget, our office will call to talk through the work. Once we've qualified the project, we'll arrange your free complimentary survey. Our lead surveyor will visit your property to assess your chosen windows, take measurements, and discuss the work required. The survey typically takes 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of windows.

Step 03

Receive your fixed quote

Following your survey, we'll prepare a fixed quote based on the windows and work discussed. You can review your quote online, accept it or request any amendments before proceeding.

Detailed final measure and specification

Once you've accepted your quote, we'll revisit your property to confirm the final measurements and specification. We'll also record the original details and features that help preserve the character of your property. This typically takes 30-60 minutes, depending on number of windows.

Step 05

Proudly made in Scotland

Your new sash & case windows are manufactured in Scotland to your confirmed measurements and specification. Each order is made to your agreed requirements, with careful attention to the details that help preserve the original character of your property. We'll keep you updated as your windows progress through manufacturing and towards installation.

Step 06

Your estimated installation date

Once your order has been processed by our manufacturing team, we'll provide an estimated installation date. We'll keep you informed of progress and let you know if there are any changes to the anticipated schedule.

Step 07

Expert installation and sign-off

Our specialist installation team will fit your new sash & case windows with care and attention to detail. We'll protect the working areas with dust sheets and any other necessary coverings before removing your old windows. We'll remove the old windows and associated debris from site for appropriate recycling and disposal. Once installation is complete, we'll remove our protective coverings, vacuum and clean the working areas, and walk you through the finished installation before we leave.

Your 10-year guarantee

Once installation is complete, you'll receive your 10-year guarantee along with maintenance advice to help you care for your new windows and keep them performing at their best for years to come.

Our service doesn't end when the installation is complete. We're always available to provide ongoing support and advice, giving you confidence in your investment for years to come.
