Step 01
Instant online estimate
Start online. Photograph each window and our computer-vision tool returns a highly accurate estimate before anyone visits. You see a clear figure in minutes, not weeks.

You photograph the windows. We measure twice. Then we make, fit, and sign off the work with you.
Eight steps from an instant computer-vision estimate to maintenance advice after we leave.

01
Instant estimate
Computer vision reads your photos and returns a highly accurate estimate.

02
Survey visit
We visit your property to measure and issue a 100% accurate quote.

03
Measure twice
After you confirm, we return to lock final sizes and details.

04
Workshop
Your confirmed order goes to the manufacturing team.
Measure twice, cut once.

Step 01
Start online. Photograph each window and our computer-vision tool returns a highly accurate estimate before anyone visits. You see a clear figure in minutes, not weeks.

Step 02
A surveyor comes to site, measures every opening, and turns the estimate into a 100% accurate quote. This is the first physical measure, taken on your property.

Step 03
Once the order is confirmed we revisit to re-measure. Final sizes and joinery details are checked on site before anything is cut. Measure twice, cut once.

Step 04
The confirmed, re-measured order is placed with our manufacturing team. Each sash and case is built to those final sizes in the Canonmills workshop.

Step 05
We keep you informed as the order moves through the workshop and as the installation date is set. You always know where the job stands.

Step 06
The installation team fits each window, protects the property, and checks every sash runs true before they pack up.

Step 07
Before we leave, we go through the finished job with you, answer questions, and record sign-off so both sides are clear the work is complete.

Step 08
After install we send maintenance advice and remain available if something needs attention. The relationship does not end on fitting day.
Measure twice, cut once. After you confirm the order we return to lock final sizes before anything is cut in the workshop.
