As we approach June and halfway point of this truly unusual year, we hope you are all keeping well and safe.
We are pleased to see the Corona Virus situation starting to move in the right direction across Edinburgh, Scotland, and the rest of the world. We know it is not over, however; we are getting closer to steadily containing and managing it.
As for us, we have been contacted by a number of people over the phone or via video conferencing who have noticed during shutdown just how much work they needed or wanted to carry out on their sash and case windows.
From snagging issues to the desire to completely refit a new set of windows have all popped up in the conversations. It has to be said, the awareness of what needs doing around the home has not been missed by us during these strange times.
In consideration of all of the interest and after discussions within our team we are now able to partially open up the business again to take phone calls or emails to discuss any projects you need doing.
Here is how it works –
1. Take Pictures & Measure Dimensions – we ask you to send us over some pictures along with rough dimensions and your ideas for the work you wish to be carried out. This way we get a feel for what they are looking for.
2. Pricing Estimations – for the next step, we provide estimated pricing on the information supplied,
3. Visits – This is the last option. If we are unable to price on the information supplied, then we can do a home visit whilst implementing all solid social distancing. We will wear masks and wipe anything we have to touch on the visit.

Finally, we would truly like to thank all our customers who sent us positive and supportive messages and who recognised that this has been a tough time for everyone.
Thank you all for your continuing support,
